Mas Daumas Gassac is known throughout the world for its great wines. This well-known Languedoc name is the domain name of the Guibert family, which started in Aniane in 1970. More than 120 acres of vineyard was planted in small clearings on more than 350 acres of Mediterranean forest thus preserving a landscape dominated by bushland and the wilds.

Familial and traditional farming of free range fattened ducks that are fed on cereals and force-fed on corn on the cob and of free range chickens bred for 120 days minimum, slaughtered and sold at the farm. The animals make the most of paths covered with grass all year long. Natural farming with no GMO. Processing and cooking of the ducks.
SAINT-ANDRE-DE-MAJENCOULES
The cooperative directly sells Sweet Onions of the Cévennes, fruits and vegetables cultivated in the Cévennes (potatoes) and sweet onions of the Cévennes derivative products (confits), as well as the reinette apple of Le Vigan and the chestnut of the Cévennes and their derivative products (confits, jams, juices...).
