Canyoning consists of swimming down a river, in waters that are sometimes turbulent, where you can have fun with the currents, waterfalls and jumps.
The specific equipment in neoprene wetsuits allows you to progress comfortably in these cool, clear waters.
The mineral, wild universe of the canyons make them unusual, relaxing and exciting sites.
Practical information: knowing how to swim is compulsory - from 25kg - minimum age of 12 years for canyoning - bring a pair of sports shoes.
