The dough is made from organic flours, natural leaven, coarse salt and spring water.
They are kneaded and then shaped by hand and cooked in a wood-fired oven.
The bread is then delivered to professionals or individuals.
The sale at the bakery is offered on Tuesdays and Fridays from 8am to 6pm all year round.
