The location of the domain, at the extreme north of what is called the 'Terrasses du Larzac' is one of our vineyard's particularities. The thermal ranges day/night, that can reach 20 degrees Celsius in summer, during the maturation of grapes, favour the aromatic complexity of grapes and give a particularly enjoyable freshness to our wines.
